Medway U9 Lacrosse

The Medway Youth Lacrosse (MYL) U9 program teaches boys, in grades K though 2, the important individual and team skills of lacrosse.
Our goal is to provide a safe, fun, and positive youth sports experience. Like the sport of lacrosse, our practice sessions are high energy and players are in constant motion.
Medway U9 Boys Lacrosse consists of two teams:
Year-One Team - this team is for boys, in grades K-1, new to playing organized lacrosse. The focus is on core skill development, team play, and basic lacrosse knowledge. The Year-One Team meets one day per week. Each session lasts 60 minutes. Full-equipment is required. Each new player receives a Medway Youth Lacrosse shooter shirt.*
Year-Two Team - boys who have played one complete season are eligible to play on Year-Two team. The season will consist of two, 60-90 minute, midweek practice and one game on Sunday. The boys will compete against neighboring towns as part of the Mass Bay Youth Lacrosse League (www.mbyll.org). Full-equipment is required.
